Prior to moving to Cedar Rapids, and turning attention to Iowa’s music scene, villin (the name: a symmetrical, abbreviated version of “Nashvillian”) was a short-lived music blog (2014, 2017-18), focusing on Nashville-based artists. In 2022 it became a vehicle for audio & video projects, playlists, and the villin podcast.
